American Training Institute, in conjunction with Florida Keys Community College (FKCC) and Monroe County (throughout the Florida Keys), provided OSHA HAZWOPER training for Offshore and Shoreline Cleanup Workers during the Gulf Oil Spill Cleanup as broadcasted on ABC World News, CBS Evening News, FOX News, and the Miami Herald!
Steve Hartman interviewed ATI Instructor, Oakley Keller, for CBS Evening News Assignment America during an OSHA HAZWOPER class at FKCC in Key West, FL.
ATI conducted OSHA HAZWOPER training for the oceanographers and the crews on NOAA research vessels involved with the Gulf Oil Spill. Shown here is the NOAA Ship Ronald H. Brown, the flagship of the NOAA fleet. One of the ship's important functions is to simultaneously measure the ocean and atmosphere to better understand the sea-ocean interface. This work is essential for understanding global climatic changes and other environmental issues.
